리버풀 존 무어스 대학교(Liverpool John Moores University, LJMU)는 영국 리버풀에 위치한 현대적인 연구 중심 대학으로, 1823년에 설립된 리버풀 기계학교(Liverpool Mechanics’ School of Arts)를 기원으로 합니다. 1992년에는 리버풀 존 무어스 대학교라는 이름으로 공식 승격되었으며, 이는 리버풀의 유명한 기업가이자 자선가인 존 무어스 경(Sir John Moores)의 이름을 따온 것입니다.
현재 LJMU는 100개국 이상에서 온 25,000명 이상의 학생과 2,500명의 교직원으로 구성된 다문화 공동체를 이루고 있습니다. 대학은 300개 이상의 학위 과정을 제공하며, 특히 스포츠 과학, 공학, 건축학 분야에서 두각을 나타내고 있습니다.
